I'm a Digital Design Director and User-Centric Product Lead with strategic vision and insight into opportunities for transformation. I have a record of implementing meaningful organizational and operational change and I'm an effective builder and leader of diverse teams. I bring a high degree of emotional intelligence to my work, and I’m well-suited to fluid environments that call for a tactical mindset and decisive action. I can leap tall buildings in a single bound (results may vary).

Technology Management and Implementation
Identifying key opportunities and maneuvering ahead of industry trends; conceptualizing, prototyping, and deploying a wide range of creative products; leading decision making; developing alternatives for process improvement and harmonization.
From 2017 to 2018, I was Director of Product + Design at BroadwayHD a subscription streaming service, where I led a team of internal and external designers, developers, video editors, and content producers in the creating and managing all facets of customer-facing UX/UI, content, and marketing. I oversee content strategy and synthesize design and marketing goals into tactical product decisions. In this role, I implemented a free trial and streamlined subscription flow that led to fivefold increase in conversions among visitors to the homepage.
Before joining BroadwayHD, I was Creative Director and Director of Operations for the Interactive Engagement Group at PBS's flagship station, WNET New York. At WNET I spearheaded a radical modernization of WNET's digital design and production methodology delivering comprehensive products for nationally broadcast programming, including PBS NewsHour, NATURE, Great Performances, American Master, Independent Lens, and dozens of other properties. I also led the launch of PBS Passport, a membership benefit that gives users unlimited access to hundreds of thousands of hours of archival content.
Prior to joining WNET in 2008, I founded and led Lucky Design Inc, a boutique digital design and development firm whose clients included World Wildlife Fund, Discovery Networks, Forbes, Condé Nast, Young & Rubicam, Landor, ITT Industries, and Time Inc.
